Additionally, a key goal involves elevating the number of graduates earning the Gaji Perintis Graduan (GPG) (exceeding RM3,000), signifying an emphasis on not just employability but also on securing well-compensated positions. Overall, the strategy aims to optimize the transition from education to employment, promoting both relevance and financial success for graduates.

Student Empowerment
Empowering students highlights the importance in providing them with the opportunity, tools, and support required to fully fulfill their potential. HEPA assists and guides students' community leadership initiatives, on and off campus. This empowerment program seeks to produce well-rounded students in terms of physical, spiritual, emotional, and intellectual development.
THRUST 3:
Driving Sports Transformation
The Graduate Talent Development through Sports Initiative by ATTHB aims to elevate sports activities on campus. The goal of comprehensive training programs is to improve graduate students' athletic talents. The project focuses on the construction of a supportive environment by providing cutting-edge infrastructure and athletic facilities. By encouraging active student participation, the initiative hopes to build a culture of sports engagement on campus. The program aims to develop graduate abilities in sports, promote physical well-being, and foster a sense of community through various athletic activities.

Preserving Cultural Heritage
This initiative aims to enrich students' educational experience by offering exposure to cultural heritage and arts. Through organized events and activities, students gain a platform to actively participate in cultural pursuits, fostering a deeper understanding and appreciation. The program also extends crucial support and guidance, ensuring students navigate their cultural exploration with mentorship. UNIMAS Entrepreneurship is not limited to local boundaries; rather, it is actively growing its presence in the global arena. This indicates commitment to creating a globally competitive and integrated entrepreneurial environment for students.

Volunteerism
Thrust 6 focuses on community welfare, emphasizing the exchange and distribution of knowledge and skills. The fundamental purpose is to convey knowledge to the community, thereby increasing the collective knowledge base. Furthermore, the approach includes providing Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) services to the community. A vital feature is to link the aims of club and association volunteer programs with students' active civic spirit, ensuring a harmonic integration of goals. This strategic approach focuses on the reciprocal link between educational institutions and the community, creating dynamic and mutually beneficial involvement.

Student Welfare and Well-being
Student Welfare and well-being focuses on cultivating a well-rounded and holistic student experience. This involves a multifaceted approach encompassing physical, spiritual, and mental well-being. Various activities and programs are implemented to empower students in these dimensions, fostering personal growth and resilience. This includes the establishment of conducive infrastructure and services designed to be OKU-friendly. Global Learning Experience
Thrust 8 focuses on elevating the experiences of international students and promoting enrolment in mobility programs. Internally, it emphasizes disseminating information across departments and fostering collaboration, creating a more enriching academic environment. Externally, the strategy prioritizes accessible information, diversified funding, success stories sharing, and active partnerships. The goal is to enhance international students' learning and living satisfaction, aligning with Sustainable Development Goals 3 and 4. This involves providing exceptional facilities, leveraging specialized studies, and implementing mechanisms to measure and improve student satisfaction rates. Moreover, the strategy aims to optimize student enrolment in mobility programs by integrating internationalization across all departments, ensuring comprehensive information dissemination, and fostering collaboration internally and externally.
