THRUST 1:
Digital HEPA Enculturation and Empowerment
This thrust focuses on setting an ideal dispositioning of digital culture among HEPA related products and services. This includes the themes that centered around improving the convenience of access, quality and novelty of ideas, and the sense of belonging of students and alumni. The improved ecosystem then must be able to empower not just the system, but also in the long run be able to turbocharge the societal and individual empowerment of HEPA stakeholders. In the future, this thrust is hoped to drive innovation for sustainability within an expanded ecosystem that is aligned with the transformation agenda.
THRUST 2:
Sustainable Digital HEPA Ecosystem
This thrust is an extension of the previous thrust. It is of focusing on what is relevant to be enriched and maintained in reassuring the efforts for digital enculturation will be continuously relevant through generations. The fundamental concept of sustainability is followed through, where data that exist in various forms are not only conveniently available, but also increasingly usable and manageable. This is achieved through the spelled out commitment for a long term of continuously expanding and improved Digital HEPA ecosystem.
THRUST 3:
Cooperation Synergy and Optimization
This thrust focuses on aligning different elements of data, platforms and digital omnipresence into fostering a more efficient, reciprocal and interconnected environment. This facilitates seamless communication and resources utilization for various internal and external stakeholders. This involved in leveraging advanced technologies, streamlining processes, and ensuring a robust digital ecocsytem to create a synergetic approach that increases UNIMAS’ visibility and stature in the global field.
